I loved the female lead in this book women in STEM I resonated with her so well. She was very smart and cautious and she took her time in her relationship until she was sure and felt ready. But I felt like she deserved better.
The male lead Daniel was basically selfish. He knew that getting involved with her would end in tears then he went on to encourage the relationship, his job was important to him yes acknowledge that but so was hers. He should have never put her in a position that would jeopardise her career that wasn’t fair. He was full of excuses for me I checked out the moment he asked her to be friends after they made out the previous day. Like he just wanted to keep having access to her despite knowing how they both felt that hurts man.
