Bossypants by Tina Fey

4.0

First off, I have a major girl-crush on Tina Fey so I was pre-disposed to love this book. Bossypants had a nice balance to it that many memoirs lack. She wasn't overly self-congratulatory and she didn't take the self-deprecation too far either. I enjoyed reading about her growing-up and college years as well as the workings of SNL and 30 Rock. She also had some incredibly funny things to say about breastfeeding.

I will say, if you like Tina Fey, you'll probably love this book. If you think that she was unjust in her portrayal of Sarah Palin, then you should probably go read something by Glenn Beck.
