For people who love zombies, they'd probably appreciate this. Hattori-san clearly has an appreciation for zombie fiction and he's a pretty funny writer and a decent artist. Some of the fanservice is distracting and off-putting (if you're offended by nudity, there's not a lot of it but it's pretty shameless when it's there), and other times it's somewhat amusing.
