On The Trail to Vulture's Gulp by Samuel M. Hallam
adventurous
dark
mysterious
fast-paced
3.0
A short story combining the horror and western genres.
We're in the 1800's and a trip for Jeremiah from New York to Texas ends in an encounter with...ah, but that would be telling.
Narrated by Jeremiah himself this story acts as a prelude for things to come.
It shows a lot of promise. I'd have liked it to be longer to get into the characters more but it's a fun, quick read and there will be more of Vulture's Gulp to come which is a very good thing.
Great idea. Let's have more please.
