I loved this book. The material is presented in a concise and interesting manner, with inspirational anecdotes and easy-to-apply techniques for better customer service. The Ninja Method focuses on embracing the sales process and adding value to clients, first and foremost. Having already applied some of these techniques to current relationships, I see a positive response. I'm no "ninja" yet, but I'm practicing. I'm sure this will be a book I'll re-read over my real estate career.
