I have enjoyed all three books in the Empire of the Wolf trilogy very much. This trilogy is the story of Konrad Vonvalt, Imperial Justice, as told by his assistant Helena Sedanka. There are mysteries, religious and political machinations, profoundly horrific moments of war on both the spiritual plane and reality. I have seen some negative reviews about this third book, but I found it to be exhilarating and an enjoyable conclusion to the series. In some ways, I wish there was a little more exposition on what happened to certain characters, but overall, this was a well planned and nicely executed ending to the tale. I highly recommend this trilogy to everyone who enjoys a little mystery and thrills with their fantasy!
