I really see the potential here and maybe it will pick up in the next couple books but after one of the five MMCs calls the FMC a bitch for like the fifth time I'm just over it.
Alot of being told and not shown with regards to world building and very repetitive hint dropping about what I assume will be a big reveal in the last 10% of this first book.
