So, once again, my reading challenges have me reading a book that I very likely would not have picked up on my own otherwise. In part, I probably wouldn’t have picked it up because it’s almost 900 pages long and I just don’t have energy for that. I ended up tag-teaming this book by sometimes reading it in print and sometimes listening to the almost 40-hour-long audiobook. In this case, I much preferred the audiobook to the print edition, in part because the cast of narrators was just wonderful to listen to, and in part because I could do things while listening to pages and pages of exposition...
