Legion by Brandon Sanderson

4.0

It's important to treat Legion as a novella as I've read a small number of people complaining about the pacing. In my opinion, the story is wonderful and just such a simple but brilliant concept from Sanderson.

One of my favourite parts of Legion is Sanderson's commitment to - ironically - the first person element of third person narration, if that makes sense. I love that the descriptions we get are from Stephen and so he's just pretty frank and says "Yeah it's an Idian style dress thing".

I actually found the ending quite powerful as well and in particular Ivy's words and subsequent explanation when she sees the image.

Well worth a read!
