"Biology of Belief: Unleashing the Power of Consciousness, Matter, & Miracles" is Dr. Bruce Lipton's groundbreaking work on epigenetics -- the discovery that our genes don't determine our fate; rather, our perception determines the expression of our genes. There's another great series of lectures on Audible called "The Wisdom of Your Cells," where he goes over the same material. I have a bad habit of taking for granted how miraculous and magical the human body is... This book really helped me understand how my psychology effects my physiology, and set me on a path of exploration of energy psychology and tools for reprogramming subconscious beliefs. 8/10 stars.
