While I do wish this was a dual POV book, because I really want to know what Lukas was thinking, I really enjoyed this book. It gave me angst that wasn't a random break up, and actual drama. I liked that Scarlet and Lukas loved each other for the same reasons that other people found them boring. Pen was annoying and selfish throughout basically the entire book. She's not exactly a villain, but OMG she's exhausting as a friend
And she definitely deserved at least a good slab for that nonsense that she pulled at the NCAA finals. I'll be damned if you having a tantrum is going to keep me from accepting my gold medal!
. This was a really good book I enjoyed it and as someone who is not really into BSDM, I feel like I learned a lot without having to Google 😄 Lukas was an absolutely perfect book boyfriend, except for
that time he ghosted her, although that is what gave me the angst that I was raving about earlier in this review.
