I really enjoyed this second half of this duology—Gillig truly stepped it up with the multiple POVs, which added so much depth and intrigue. I especially loved the new romance focus that developed here 👑♥️. It was wonderful to be back in this dark, moody, misty world, and the story kept me hooked from start to finish. The conclusion delivered exactly what I was hoping for and left me feeling satisfied.
