This book is a must read for all women. Laura Thomas excellently explains why we think are bodies are wrong, why diet culture is so f*cked up, and how intuitive eating can help us make peace with our bodies. It is NOT a diet book. I was familiar with some of the concepts as I have read a few anti-diet / fat-positive books but this one is so well structured and so clearly explains the key concepts of intuitive eating, I would recommend to everyone. It also has a lot of exercises in it to help you restructure your thoughts around food which I will be going back to regularly. A truly empowering and wonderful read, thank you Laura!
