WTF. I learned after reading that this is apparently a retelling of The Little Match Girl so okay that explains a LITTLE why someone would come up with this horribly depressing, very realistic, very sad seasonal story???? WHY is this so popular??? Almost worst book I read this year. Thank the gods it was so short.
