The Poisoner's Handbook: Murder and the Birth of Forensic Medicine in Jazz Age New York by Deborah Blum

informative medium-paced

4.25

I would have liked some images here and there, to have faces for the people mentioned; but it was also nice to find those images myself and to, in that way, learn and read a bit more about the people that were interesting to me specifically. So make of that what you will.
At some places it dragged on a bit, but otherwise it was a very fun and informative read. Would definitely recommend. :)
