Realul enjoyed it and it was a pretty fast read although the book is pretty thick. It did say a bit in the middle and I wasn't really that interested in some characters. I vividly remember the author pointing twice thourought the story some thing or another which made me feel that maybe he thought the readers are idiots. Overall enjoyed it and I am happy it can read as a standalone as I am not sure if I care enough to continue the series.
