Talking to Strangers: What We Should Know about the People We Don't Know by Malcolm Gladwell

5.0

An incredibly concise and well written treatise on how we talk to one another, and how communication is often the crux of conflict that we encounter.

I would make this required reading for anyone about to leave high school for the real world, as it will shake your foundational beliefs on what makes a great communicator, and how you interpret a strangers motivations.
