The Sunken City by Emma V.R. Noyes
4.0
A great take on "Atlantis", The Sunken City brings magic, pirates, royalty and mystery.
A YA Fantasy Romamce, The Sunken City is a wonderful, magical read. The world building is incredible, the characters are individual, distinct, there personalities quickly bringing them to life.
We follow Amare, an orphan girl raised on a pirate ship who must quickly learn to femd for herself. When she comes across a Sunken treasure that literally changes her life, bringing her below sea level to the Sunken City. She finds she is not only Sereia, but a lost princess, heir to the Sunken City's throne.
This story kept me interested from the start to finish, and I am so looking forward to the sequel. Finn vs Lukas, I can't even decide. I love a bad boy, but something about Finn draws me in.
