Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking by Susan Cain

5.0

A really good book that centres introversion and the power introverts hold in certain situations that often goes overlooked because of how corporations, businesses, and even schools prize sociability and gregariousness, thinking that a social person equates to a good, honest person with leadership qualities when this is, in fact, not the case all the time. Really made me consider the power I hold and what I can contribute from my own introversion and focus on contemplation as well as how introverts and extraverts can harmonise with each other to bring a holistic approach to situations, whether personal, business, familial, romantic, or otherwise.
