Black Widow: The Name of the Rose by Nate Piekos, Marjorie Liu, Daniel Acuña

5.0

There are no words to describe how much i love this book..! This is my favourite book of Natasha and one of my favourite comic books ever. It is often hard to like everything in a comic book and even harder in an entire volume of a character. You might like the writing but not the coloring. You might like the inking but not the story arc. Which is perfectly normal cause every book gets done by 5 or 10 different people and every one of them has their own style and character. So there are few books that your eyes see quite "perfect".
This, is one of those books for me. I love everything about this book. The writing, the linking with other stories, the penciling; every detail. Marjorie M. Liu did an amazing job capturing so perfectly all the hidden parts and sides of Nat. The professional, badass, damaged, loving, couragious, brave and hopeful Nat. I highly recommend it even if you aren't a Marvel or a Natasha Romanoff fan.
(Though if you're not it's alarming and you should examine it)
