A very informative book , well written. It's almost a perfect book, I'd only change the title as it is slightly misleading. It touches some outlier-related topics, especially in the first part of the book, where it focuses on individuals. Second part is much more society-focused.   In general I'd say it is about how the cross-section of luck, hard-work and  culture shape us as people. 
Highly recommended read that makes you think about your own life, successes of others and how to overcome some failures.
