I think I loved this even more than my students and they were giving it 11/5 Stars...they aren’t the best at math but needless to say they enjoyed!😆
We read this as a stand-alone! Many like myself had read the Giver but not the other two! The raw emotions and need for family gave me chills! The depths of what a mother will do to find her child! This story goes through different settings and we meet many people along the way! There were shocks, twists, and turns! The writing made me feel all of Claire’s emotions! Sometimes I couldn’t help but cry with her! I love how it comes full circle with Jonas and Gabe!
My only complaints:
I want an epilogue!
I wish there had been more Einar😘
