I'm not sure where this book was going. I find it really hard to not finish a book. From the beginning, it was really hard to follow along. So many characters. So much of it is a jumble of years and really just her spending the book reminiscing until she identifies a problem and sets off to free who she believes to be a wrongfully imprisoned man. I was frustrated because it was like she was trying to prove a point throughout the book by being super vague and letting you know the common denominators of violent crimes. But she didn't want to help? She just wanted to point the issue out and have other people do it. The ending? No, there's not one. Not a fan. Don't recommend.
