Mr. Dickens & His Carol by #samanthasilva ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Merry Christmas Eve y’all! I was so excited to read this book, I thought the idea was genius! I loved the idea of following Mr. Dickens on his way to writing A Christmas Carol but it was hashed out strangely. It felt a little funny at points but I loved all the historical references and I loved how it gave him such a Scrooge personality. Overall this was a perfect snack sized read, and while it was fiction, I feel more knowledgeable of Dickens and his life. Christmas cheer:
