This one just didn't get me. I expected to really like it, but I found the flitting from characters more annoying than interesting. I didn't need to see characters be born to care about them. And I was frustrated that the relationship took so long for the leads to meet and that when they did, they were just desperately in love at first sight. I found the charcters a little flat and that I didn't have a deep view of who they were and what they cared about apart from this one thing. People just aren't like that. We exist for one than one thing. I did think the ending was pretty neat and liked the new generation of leaders, but overall, it was too slow and not interesting enough.
