I was very, very pleasantly surprised by this book. It’s not often I finish a manga and want to seek out volume 2, but I’m invested in these characters. Sure, there are some tropes, but fan service is non-existent and the focus is on developing the team dynamics rather than action scenes. I really enjoyed it.
