The plot for this book was really interesting. It spoke to my fear of self-driving cars. I felt so anxious as each passenger realized that they were trapped. As their secrets were revealed, I was in shock. They were all such scandalous and conniving people. It was hard to root for them. I enjoyed the references to Marrs’ book The One. It tied in to this storyline well. I was loving the book until the last quarter. The suspense was so good. Then the truth came out and I was underwhelmed with the motive. The plot twist about Jude just didn’t do it for me. Fortunately the rest of the book was good enough to make up for it.
