This is a good series! I loved the 2 chapters dedicated to Michi and Titan and honestly wanted a little more of them. Shabu is extremely wise for his age and sometimes makes you think he’s older that he really is but he’s likable. Savvy… I like her but sometimes she kinda got on my nerves but it was in those moments I have to remember she was only 18. The amount of trauma this girl went through in her very young age was a whole lot but it looks like she got her happy ending and I love that for her.
Relic is still a mystery to me and there are still some loose ends when it comes to him that I wish we could’ve gotten some closure to but I think I’ll get what I’m looking for in a few more books. Honestly I’m glad Nubia and Los are not together… too much has happened with them and they clearly need a break from each other. What Los said to her was fucked up and honestly I don’t think it should be overlooked.
I can see something happening with Treasure and Pierre and honestly I’m not for it. She’s young just like savvy and Pierre got too many baby mamas and shit with him and it looks like a friendship with her and the girl Lexi is brewing and that’s just messy.
This book was still 5 stars because I’m looking at this series as a whole. I was never bored, never wanted to DNF and I was just interested in everything.
Definitely gonna continue reading this authors work.
