There are some really interesting avenues this could've taken to further explore the concepts of cult behavior, religious indoctrination, and complex family dynamics, , and I wish it dove a little deeper, but it's fine for the story it's trying to tell, I guess.
That being said, I did like the form of the narrative. I'm a sucker for a story with multiple POVs and an unreliable narrator (or three) , though, so take that with a grain of salt if that isn't your bag.
