I personally liked the comic... though it was not as good as Under the Red Hood it wasn't totally disappointing (I love Red Hood). Personally, I am rooting for Red Hood to let go of some of his rage towards Bruce, though I am not totally aware of why he hates Richard Grayson so much...
The plot was okay, I liked that it sets up Jason's arc well. I am not familiar with either the characterization of Roy or Kori, but Roy was alright. I was a bit put off by Starfire at times but then again I've never read any previous comic books featuring either of them (except Roy from Young Justice).
