I’m going to be honest, I’m kind of glad this series is over. I remember how I was so excited in the beginning, and I was so convinced this was going to become my new favorite series, but it just isn’t… and I’m really sad about it.
Like the past two books, it was just so so confusing. I just understood nothing and no I’m not stupid, It just was a complicated plot that didn’t get enough explaining. Though when it was all explained in the end i understood it better and the plot twist made it fun too, it just wasn’t worth the absolute struggle of the past books.
The only reason I was hanging on was Noah, so let me tell you I was NOT happy when he literally only was in the book for the last 10% of the book! I’m a romance girly, so when I needed to read 500 pages with zero romance and a poorly explained plot? Yeah it took a long time.
I don’t think this author writes bad, and maybe her books are better now but I just really didn’t like the way this series was performed. I honestly don’t think I’m ever going to read the next series in the universe, just because I don’t like these characters enough to endure more of the plot.
