I think that any attempt to describe what I think of this book would be poor. I read it almost in one sitting, I fell in love with the characters almost immediately and then I was just sucked by the plot. This story damaged me in a lot of ways, but it’s still is VERY necessary that this stories exist.

Because this is reality, this is what we are facing and what we endure everyday. The way Colleen shows Lily’s love and pain and hurt and forgiving it’s marvelous. How she makes us SO in love with Ryle and then so fucking angry and sad that we even get mad at Lily and then maybe think she was right about forgiving him. That’s is reality. Not some black and white bullshit. This mess is what we suffer when we are in a situation like this. The end is marvelous.<\spoiler> I really have no words to describe what it made me feel. Just thanks, Colleen.
