I ADORE this book. The plot is very new and refreshing while also including some feel good tropes. This was such a light hearted and fun read. I was worried that it would feel too young considering the characters are in high school but I didn’t feel that way at all!
I think this book also did a great job of dealing with the intersection of religion and queer identity without writing anything remotely triggering. It’s important that the story is representative of our world, but the author was awesome about not making it graphic and traumatic.
