Was pissed off Orion did that to El and literally skimmed 200 pages until I got to were he comes back. But i did really like how all the enclaves needed her to save them. very revenge plot. Once orion was back the rest of the book kinda moved slow. It was interesting to see the plot twist and her fulfilling her prophecy in a way you don’t expect. The end scene reminded me of Moana saving Te Fiti and that was fun. I think overall, the second book was my favorite, then the first, then the last. The series was an interesting read and I loved the morally grey protagonist. The plot was very well thought out. Wasn’t my favorite fantasy read but a good one.
