First of all, I'm awful at Twitter so I didn't know who Duchess Goldblatt was until I heard about this book. You can bet I'm following Her Grace on Twitter now, though! This little book was such a delight. The author gives an intimate view of what was going on in her life during the early days when she was creating Duchess. From the poignant moments to the laugh-out-loud quips from the Duchess, everything is so sincere and heartfelt. And then there's the Lyle Lovett factor! Holy cow. What a great read! I would have finished this book in one sitting if I wasn't juggling another book at the same time.
