No strong representation of diverse characters or minority identities.

I'm SO happy Stacy has decided to continue the Chosen series! I always felt the epilogue of book #3 (Tribe Protector) didn't really wrap things up. And, even with this book, there are so many plot points that still need addressing, although I'm happy Lily's new mate, Atuk, finally gets his story told. I'm also thinking there will be a cross-over with Stacy's Taken series (first book: Aria's Awakening), although I don't know how well that will go over considering the Tribe has no exposure to technology.

Overall, I cannot wait for the next book in this series! Lily's husbands are so freaking funny.

Safety Rating: Safe

• No cheating
• No OW/OM drama
• Does have the Hero, Atuk, pushing the Heroine away
• No separation

Possible Triggers: Yes

• Death of Lily's adoptive kids' birth parents

Ending:
HFN... if you read the bonus scene, though, it's a cliffhanger
