Did not finish book.
I DNF'd this one at 33% or so.
Unfortunately this one wasn't working for me. I really liked the first chapter and it made me excited for the story, but after that it lost my attention. The main character gets an investigation where she isn't interested in and that shows, it made it hard for me to get interested in it either. The whole investigation storyline just felt flat. I did like the part with the cats. I didn't find the main character likeable or interesting, she seemed to enjoy killing people (although we don't see any killings yet luckily), was a bit of a cat and had some behaviors and there are a lot of things she doesn't find interesting. I didn't really warm up her and realized I wasn't invested at all in what would happen next. So putting this one aside now.
