Carrie Soto Is Back by Taylor Jenkins Reid

4.0

It was in Malibu: August, 1983, at Nina Riva’s annual end-of-summer party, where I first met Carrie Soto.(Malibu Rising) My first impression on her was not a very pleasant one. She was fierce and savage and everything wild. From that Carrie to the Carrie at the end of the book , "Carrie Soto Is Back" , I find a great transformation and I find that her character development has been nicely portrayed. It's fascinating how characters can evolve throughout a story. And now I feel like a proud mama !

"Carrie Soto Is Back" goes beyond the mere comeback of a remarkable tennis player. It intricately weaves themes of personal growth, family bonds, self-determination, and love throughout its narrative. From the outset to the conclusion, I found every aspect of the book captivating. As an admirer of Taylor Jenkins Reid's writings, I would say this book is a hit. If you haven't read this yet , go give this a try.
