this was such a heavy story, but so emotional and beautifully written.
I am in awe of Kennedy Ryan’s writing how she was able to capture the emotions, these two characters were feeling in such a tumultuous time of their lives. The descriptions of depression were so beautifully well done, and it felt very realistic and accurate, even though this is a romance think this was more about Yasmen& Josiah’s and their whole families journey with their mental health, and how that led them to find each other again.
The family dynamics were captured so vividly and realistically I just felt like such an accurate depiction of what a family would go through after a series of losses like they had suffered.
This was just so thrilling to read and so honest and heartfelt. I really enjoyed this and I can’t wait to read Kennedy Ryan ‘s other works.
