What a rollercoaster ride this book turned out to be. I almost have no thoughts to share, because they're all still rolling around the crevices of my mind. Out of all of the possible endings I had thought of for this trilogy, I never could have imagined it would end up how it did. I kept thinking all the way up to 50 pages from the end, just how is this going to end. Somehow Sanderson wrapped up everything in ways that when you step back and look at the series as a whole, you can see how all of the puzzle pieces fell into place. How that's possible, I have no idea. I'm still in disbelief, and still reeling from all of the emotions. If you're a fantasy reader, and you've been under a rock, somehow never having heard about these books, I highly encourage you to pick them up now. Full of a one of a kind magic system, forces of good and evil, mystery, politics, and friendship, the Mistborn trilogy has something for everyone if you're willing to give it a try.
