I read it in one sitting, like as soon as I finished wicked king. I don't regret anything.
I loved this trilogy so much, the world building was amazing and the story itself was incredible. At no point did I know where the story was heading and I was enthralled by it. I literally could not stop reading.
The only thing that left me a slightly underwhelmed was the romance. I don't mind that romance was a subplot to this book, in fact I like it like that. It's just... The tension and chemistry between the love interests was so good at first but it just felt lacking in the third book. I was expecting it to be more epic but rather felt slightly underwhelmed in the climactic scenes.
But overall, this was a great reading experience, especially for those who love a good fantasy story with scheming, betrayals and bunch of plot twists.
