This book was a tough one for me. I absolutely adore the concept but I frequently found myself pulled out of it inexplicably. The last two parts of the four part book were, to me, far more compelling than the first two, as I really enjoyed the creation of Nightbitch as an artistic persona. Also, the fact that her whole little family loves her being a crazy dog woman is truly one of the sweetest things.
