Okay, not gonna lie—at first, this book felt like it was pulling me in a million directions. Way too much going on, and I genuinely thought it would take me forever to figure out what was actually important. 😅
Also… I was so sure this would be Balthazar’s book, not Savage’s. But surprise! It turned out to be Savage’s story—and wow, what a ride. His backstory hit hard, and his journey was way more intense and emotional than I expected. I didn’t think I’d care that much and then—bam! Page after page, couldn’t stop reading.
Devina? Still annoying af. Like girl, disappear already. 😤
Lassiter? I’m just counting down the pages until I get to his book. He deserves a whole damn saga.
Nate? Poor thing, falling for the wrong person (at least that’s what it seems like…). My heart already hurts for where that could be going.
Mia and that whole desperate hunt for the book? I honestly thought it might be the end for her. I’m glad she got to some level of peace with herself before it was too late.
And the whole immortality twist with Savage? Super interesting. I really hope that gets explored more in the next books. It’s kind of a big deal. Could be a major game-changer for the Brotherhood—like, imagine going into battle and not worrying if you’ll come back. 👀
Also… Balthazar ends up with that cop? It’s this a clue 🕵🏻♀️? 👀
