The cast of characters are quite shallow copies of those of the original story, and they all act like teenagers when I think they’re still supposed to be adults?

The murder mystery was not mysterious for me, I felt like the twist fell a little flat.

The story is very ahistorical, but that is acknowledged by the author.
But it’s fun, and very easily digestible for a younger audience.
