Moon Called by Patricia Briggs
3.0

One of a number of novels I've now read in which a female protagonist has an affiliation with things that go bump in the night, coupled with powers that are different from her friends. In this one, our heroine's friends are mostly werewolves. There's a strong emphasis on wolf pack "culture"--i.e. pecking order, alpha dogs. Like most books of its ilk, it's a fun quick read. It compares decently to C.E. Murphy and Charlaine Harris.
