Beware the Batman by Ivan Cohen, Luciano Vecchio

4.0

I don't have any kids the age this series is targeted towards (or at all, actually), and I haven't seen the cartoon, so I am not sure how qualified I am to talk about this.

With both of those things in mind, and treating this as the kids book that it is, this is quite good. The good guys are good and the bad guys are bad, though there is at least one case of "the bad guy has a right to be angry, but he chose the wrong outlet," which I found unexpected.

There's a girl with a sword that never manages to actually cut anyone, Batman's ears are like a foot tall, and Lex Luthor plays the role of Alfred Pennyworth. What more could you want?
