Forecasting the Forward by Jennifer J. Williams is such a sweet, emotional ride. Jacob is instantly lovable—total golden retriever energy. The way he picks up on Becca’s nervous tells and either helps her through them or gives her space? Green. Flag. Giant, waving in the wind. He’s attentive without being overbearing, and it’s impossible not to swoon over how deeply he cares.
Becca is such a strong, endearing FMC. Watching her journey and seeing her finally accept Jacob into her heart—despite everything with her awful family—was really rewarding. She deserves all the love, and I’m so glad Jacob is the one giving it to her.
Their banter is an absolute highlight, especially in the beginning. The chemistry, the teasing, the slow build into something deeper—it was so fun to read. Together, they just work.
I’d recommend to romance lovers looking for a comfort read with heart and humor.
