I don't know how Clio does it, but every book in this series she releases just further deepens my obsession with the Creature Cafe universe she has great. As always, the spice was sublime, spot-on, and despite the length of these books she always manages to fully flesh out the characters and keeps you gripped with the plot. The dynamic between the three characters was amazing, and I actually found myself close to tears at one point.
