Banking the Billionaire by Max Monroe

2.0

Cassie Was awful. She was supposed to be uninhibited, sarcastic, and confident. I would trade those words for rude, ill mannered, childish, insecure, and annoying.

I do have to say that the female narrator did a great job conveying how truly obnoxious and unpleasant Cassie was in this book. Cassie made me feel really sorry for Thatch. All of the pranks were ridiculous and too much, too over the top coming from 2 adults.

I know Thatch was portrayed as the ultimate prankster in this book and the previous book. It seemed to me like Thatch came across as much more adult in this book. If she hit him in the family jewels one more time, I was going to throw my phone across the room. So irritating.

It was really hard to get through because of Cassie. I do have to say that I liked the way she was with his friend's little girl. The book dragged in so many areas. It did get better and seemed to move a little quicker after about 7,8 hours of listening.

It wasn't as funny as Kline and Georgie's book, Tapping the Billionaire. I thought that one was much better.
