Fairy Tale Battle Royale Vol. 1
by Soraho Ina
This was...interesting. A new twist on classic fairy tales where Aoba relives messed up fairy tales while taking on the role of Alice. The goal? The put the fairy tales back to right by any means necessary.
How did she get into this mess? Well she signed a contract by writing down her one greatest wish/goal, to be friends with everyone, and got sucked into the story book as her favorite character, Alice. As in Alice in Wonderland/Through the Looking Glass. She meets up in this Storyland with a boy named Noah who is also playing the role of a book character(from some story called the Man, the Boy and the Donkey?) and has a brief bump in with a girl who looks like she is playing the part of Little Red Riding Hood.
Basically this book is a giant, brief, glossed over explanation of what is going on. You also get a brief look of who Aoba and Noah are in real life.
It's a bit soon to actually judge the series, but it looks interesting enough so far.
